Break-ups can break men!

It's official! Men suffer more emotional problems because of a rocky relationship than women, according to a recent study.
The study, conducted among more than 1,000 people in Florida found that men - especially those between the ages of 18 and 23 - go through more emotional turmoil than women. Max Nelson, the clinical supervisor at the Seay Behavioral Health Center in Plano, said the study only supports his clinical experience. " Young adult males are unable to engage on an on- going dayto- day basis, the emotional part of relationships as well as females do. So it builds up so to speak - when the pressure cooker breaks, it explodes all over the place," he says. But the silver lining in the clouds is that a healthy relationship is good for both men and women.
Nelson says that good relationships help people deal with stress, reduce blood pressure and heart troubles.
