Nokia loses German patent case against IPCom

A German court ruled on Friday the world's top cellphone maker Nokia infringed on a patent of German company IPCom, both companies said.
"We respectfully disagree with the conclusion of the court and are evaluating all legal options," Nokia said.
"Nokia has already removed support for the accused functionality from its products, to ensure that the sale of its mobile devices can continue in Germany. Nokia's business in Germany will not be affected by today's decision," it said.
